MAYA’AH NOMINATED FOR IMCA AWARD

We are still grinning about this one 🎉

MAYA’AH has been nominated for the Innovation & Technology Award at the IMCA (International Marine Contractors Association) Global Summit.

MAYA’AH, Flow Beyond the Limits

The world’s first fully containerised, high-speed Heliox compression system purpose-built for portable, high-volume Heliox handling and transfer across offshore saturation diving and shore-based hyperbaric applications. Engineered by SmartDives together with BAUER KOMPRESSOREN GCC FZE, it transfers gas at 400 m³/hour, up to eight times faster than conventional units, turning a nine-hour changeover into under three. Zero gas loss. Closed-loop cooling. 25 years of marine-grade service, with 24/7 remote monitoring built in.

Behind those numbers is a long stretch of late engineering calls, redrawn schematics and a shared vision with our colleagues at Bauer about resolving one question:

Why should a vessel lose a working day to a gas transfer?

We’re genuinely excited about where it has already landed, and even more excited about what it could mean for the wider industry. Less vessel time. Lower cost. Cleaner, safer gas handling for the people working out there every day.

Thank you to IMCA for the nomination, and to the BAUER team for building this with us. Whether we win or not, we know this system is going to benefit a lot of people and we are so grateful to have a platform to be able to share all the updates with you!
