ABS
Fully ABS Classed System
The entire system—including the decompression chamber, all pipework and tubing, the complete three-diver control panel, and the DNV 2.7-1 offshore container—is fully ABS classed for maximum safety and compliance.
Insulated & Climate-Controlled Container
The container is fully insulated and equipped with Carrier inverter air conditioners (50/60 Hz) that provide both heating and cooling, ensuring stable environmental control in all operating conditions.
ASME-Certified Decompression Chamber
The pressure vessel is designed and manufactured fully in accordance with ASME Section VIII Div. 1 and ASME PVHO-1 requirements. It has been inspected and certified by an ASME-authorized inspector at all required stages of fabrication, welding, and testing, with the final certification issued strictly in line with ASME code compliance.
PED-Compliant & CE-Marked Pressure Vessel
The decompression chamber is built in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 2014/68/EU for pressure vessels. All required conformity assessments, material verifications, weld inspections, and pressure tests were carried out under the supervision of a Notified Body inspector, attending each critical stage of the fabrication and testing process. Following successful completion of these evaluations, the chamber was issued its CE marking in full compliance with PED requirements.
Integrated Air Bank System
Ergonomically designed air banks provide primary and backup air supply for the chamber, with sufficient capacity to meet all IMCA minimum air requirements. Includes: External air-charging point and dedicated gas management panel for safe and easy operation.
